1. Definitions

If you are a business user, you agree that the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter or formation.
If you are a Consumer, you may bring legal proceedings in the courts of your place of residence or in the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory consumer protections available to you under the law of your place of residence.
